Twilight Reflections by Breeze Kruisdyk

Despite shallow childhood squabbles and benign sibling rivalries, hostility has now receded, allowing for a more vulnerable and authentic relationship to develop with my younger sister. This composition aims to represent her in an intimate, quiet and reflective moment during the late afternoon in our family Enoggera home. Resultant of this deepening relationship, I know what it is to have a sense of love and belonging, and I know that I am worthy of it. While familial relationships will have ebbs and flows, I know that I am loved for who I am as a person, as is she.
