Welcome to Brisbane Portrait Prize
2023 finalists have been announced.
This year the Brisbane Portrait Prize finalists exhibition will feature 70 finalists in the Main Competition and 14 Next Gen entries.
About the prize
The Brisbane Portrait Prize is all about celebrating Brisbane portrait artists and their sitters, while encouraging public engagement with the arts.
Any artist with a connection to Brisbane is eligible to enter. The sitter must also have a connection with Brisbane.
In 2023 $90,000 are available in prizes.
