The inaugural Brisbane Portrait Prize ran in 2019. Since then, a total of 3173 entries have been submitted for consideration.
The galleries below showcase the 368 finalists from the main competition, plus the 119 finalists and highly commended works from the Next Gen competition.
In all galleries you will see some well known Brisbane identities, alongside many who don’t have a public profile – however, they all have important stories to tell.
