Joyful Little knight by Darren Chen

I chose this painting as my self-portrait because it reflects the joyful side of my inner self. In the painting, I am a little child, riding happily on a horse in the Ekka celebrations. I can feel the sense of freedom and adventure, and every gallop fills me with delight. This artwork reminds me of the carefree moments of childhood and stirs up my aspirations for the future. It symbolises the endless joy and courage within me, and I hope to maintain this happiness and bravery in the face of any challenges that come my way.
