Colourful Contemplation by Tillie Moyle

I am in Year 11, and my portrait is of my art teacher, Tania, who lives in the Redlands region of Brisbane. Tania has been shaping my artistic journey since I was 6 years old. Her kaleidoscope of happiness and self-expression is represented in my vibrant portrait of her. The hands above her face symbolise the spectrum of emotions and experiences she weaves into her teaching. The multitude of colourful layers embodies her radiant personality, and her smile always leaves you with a profound sense of worth. I am very grateful for the journey that Tania and I have taken, and I know I would never have become the artist I am today without her skills and belief in me.
