About the artist
Ivanoe Fodaro was born to a family of artists, and received his traditional training at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome. This year the Brisbane-based artist was the 2019 Lethbridge Small Scale Art Award winner and delivered an art instruction course to newly arrived refugees in Logan.

Evan Alexander is a thought-leader, humanitarian and visionary, and is the Director of the Brisbane Multicultural Arts Centre (BEMAC) and the Queensland Multicultural Centre (QMC). For over two decades Evan has played an instrumental role in shaping Brisbane’s music and arts scene, as well as championing multiculturalism and social cohesion in the city.
