About the artwork and sitter
Madeline Stuart is a worldwide phenomenon. She is the world’s first supermodel with Down syndrome and autism, and is a powerful advocate for inclusiveness and diversity.
At just 26 years of age, Madeline is already a household name globally, with over 850,000 social media fans following her every success from modelling, Special Olympics, and work with other charitable organisations.
This artwork was inspired by Madeline’s choice of her favourite colours, her life moto to ‘keep on dancing’, and her joyous and, innocent outlook on life.
About the artist
Paul is a Brisbane based artist specialising in oil painting and portraiture. His work is is influenced by the old masters and pop art, particularly the poster art from the 1960’s and 1970’s.
